How to submit a QTC Article – Submission Guidelines
- Submit your manuscript in DOC, RTF or ODT format or simple plain text with no special formatting, markups, marked headings etc – just plain text. Your article will be returned if not provided in this format
- Font: Please use Arial, 12 point.
- Do not set any special formatting
- Do not insert any images; instead, put a placemark in the document,
eg <insert image 1-QRM Guru Logo.png> - Supply images separately along with the document. Images should be clear, jpeg or png format and about the same size as you wish them to appear on the page, but NOT smaller. Image definition no more than 200 DPI – with a suitable file name – commencing with a numeric that aligns with the order in which images appear in the article. E.g. 1-QRM Guru Logo.png
- Consider submitting some of your images in Portrait orientation, large size, which could be used on the front page.
- Keep formatting simple
- Where you wish to reference an internet site, enter the URL per the examples below.
- Bullet lists are OK.
- Any words or phrases that are to be highlighted boldface or italics should be done in the text. Ensure you maintain consistency in your use of these formatting styles.
- Short-names, acronyms, technical abbreviations – please use them consistently, and ensure they are explained the first time they are referenced.
- Correctly reference any sources, quotes, or external references
